How we store it
- Everyone sees their ownPermissions are enforced at database level: a parent cannot see other people’s children.
- Joining by club codeOnly those who have the code see the club’s teams. The code can be replaced at any time.
- Deletion on requestA parent deletes their account themselves. Personal data is erased, accounting records remain without a name.
- Log and reportsThe admin sees an activity log, and any chat message can be reported.
